We do not knowingly collect health data. We ask you not to share any in the forms or in your conversations with Alicia.
Alicia conversational agent
Alicia is an assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It is presented to you as such. It helps to understand your project and to prepare the Discovery call. No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken in a fully automated manner: the decision to collaborate is always made by a member of the team.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Fluxion Média team and, solely for the purposes described above, for our processors:
- website hosting: Vercel Inc.;
- customer relationship management, forms, emailing and the Alicia agent: OMNEON;
- project management and production tracking: Monday.com;
- online payment: Stripe, which processes bank card data directly;
- audience measurement: Google Analytics (Google);
- accounting: our chartered accountant;
- Broadcasting Partners: only for content intended to be published as part of a service.
These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We neither sell nor rent your data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are established outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by an adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) where the provider has signed up to it, or failing that by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: access restricted to authorised persons only, secure authentication, encryption of communications (HTTPS).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set out instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to station@fluxion-media.com or to the postal address above. We respond within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt as to your identity.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link included in each message. If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
With regard to content already distributed with your consent as part of a service, a removal request is assessed in light of the contractual commitments and the right to information.
